What LegalWisdom Is and Is Not
LegalWisdom is a legal advertising and marketing service. We connect consumers with independent participating law firms that pay to participate in this advertising. LegalWisdom is not a law firm, is not a lawyer referral service, and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. Submitting a case review request does not create an attorney client relationship with LegalWisdom or with any law firm. An attorney client relationship is formed only if and when you sign a written agreement directly with a law firm. We make no representation that the quality of legal services performed by participating law firms is greater than the quality of services performed by other lawyers. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

Eligibility and Your Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to submit a case review request. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Submitting false information may result in your request being rejected and may violate applicable law. You may submit a request on behalf of a loved one only if you are authorized to do so.
Consent to Contact
The case review form contains consent language regarding contact by LegalWisdom and participating law firms or their agents. That consent is governed by the language on the form and by our Privacy Policy, which also explains how to revoke consent.
No Guarantee of Outcome
We do not guarantee that any law firm will accept your case, that any claim will qualify, or that any compensation will be recovered. Eligibility determinations are made solely by the participating law firms. Any information on this site about litigation status is general in nature and may change.
Intellectual Property
The site and its content, including text, design, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to Legal Wisdom and are protected by law. Product names such as Depo-Provera are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pfizer Inc.

The site may reference or link to third party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tilburg, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tilburg, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
