Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

When you submit a case review request, LegalWisdom transfers your contact details and questionnaire answers to one or more participating law firms or their intake providers that pay to participate in this advertising. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, this transfer may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

You have the right to opt out. You can do so in three ways:

1. Submit the request form below.
2. Email privacy@legalwisdom.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share".
3. Use a browser or extension that sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor as an opt out where required by law.

You can also use the form below to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information, or to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will verify your identity by matching the details you provide against our records, and we may follow up by email. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization. We process opt out requests within 15 business days and other requests within the timeframes required by law. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.
